Entry 1 : My Favourite Quote

This is a video from a film entitled 'The Dead Poet Society'. I've always like films which are closely related to education, teaching and learning. As a tribute to the late Robin Williams I'm sharing with you the best part of this film where he gave a speech on 'carpe diem' which means 'seize the day'.

I love the quote because it reminds me to always push myself out of my ordinary zone. Another reason is that it reminds me that, each of my students may have things that they are afraid of doing but given a little support and encouragement they might do things that they are afraid of doing. It is always nice to see students doing things out of their reach because they dare to try. I hope you too will  be inspired to experience the world and be extraordinary Mysara!
